By accessing or using SyncScript (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Your Content & 100% Commercial Ownership
We believe in full creator independence:
- You Own Your Audio: You retain complete, unrestricted copyright and ownership of all voice recordings, audio clips, and scripts you upload to the Service.
- You Own Generated Scripts & Subtitles: All transcripts, Roman Hinglish scripts, scene cut timestamps, and exported files (.TXT, .SRT) produced by SyncScript belong 100% to you. You are free to monetize, publish, broadcast, and distribute them anywhere without attribution or royalty obligations.
- No Ownership Claim by SyncScript: SyncScript claims zero intellectual property rights over your input or output files.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use SyncScript responsibly and legally. You agree not to:
- Upload content that violates intellectual property rights, promotes hate speech, violence, or illegal activities.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt server infrastructure via automated bot floods or DDoS attacks.
- Bypass client-side audio chunking limits or server payload constraints.
4. AI Transcription Accuracy & Disclaimers
SyncScript utilizes cutting-edge Whisper speech recognition and Groq AI acceleration to provide industry-leading transcription and Hinglish transliteration accuracy.
However, artificial intelligence speech-to-text accuracy can vary based on audio recording quality, background noise, microphone distance, accents, and pronunciation. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SyncScript, its developers, and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. When updates are published, the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
