2. Audio & Media Processing (Zero Permanent Storage)
When you upload an audio or video file (such as MP3, WAV, M4A, or MP4) for transcription or timestamp synchronization:
- Ephemeral In-Memory Processing: Your audio is uploaded and sliced strictly in volatile server RAM to perform AI transcription and Hinglish conversion.
- Zero Storage: We do not permanently store, save, or archive your audio files or voice recordings on any permanent disks or databases. Once transcription completes, files are purged immediately from memory.
- No AI Training on Your Voice: Your private voice recordings and custom scripts are never utilized to train, retrain, or improve public AI speech models.
3. Information We Collect
We collect minimal technical information necessary to deliver and protect our services:
- Log Files & Device Information: Standard server logs, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, operating system, referring pages, and access timestamps to prevent DDoS attacks and monitor server health.
- Local Storage Preferences: We use browser localStorage solely to preserve your theme preference (Dark or Light mode) locally on your device.
4. Advertising & Third-Party Cookies (Google AdSense Compliance)
To keep SyncScript 100% free for creators, we may display third-party advertisements served by partners such as Google AdSense.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this website or other websites on the internet.
